John J. Morley, President

John J. Morley founded J. J. Morley Enterprises, Inc. (DBA The Morley Companies) in 1988 working to produce “state of the art” restoration with improved equipment and skilled personnel. John’s extensive engineering background and experience in the construction industry gives him an overall view of the construction of buildings and the importance of maintaining them. John continues to study the many varied materials incorporated into buildings and the effects of environmental conditions, the major cause of aging and deterioration, and practices used in the restoration processes and leak stopping. He has been tested and certified by the states of Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia, for his competency in the knowledge of construction and holds a license for the same.

John Rape, Vice President

John Rape has over 40 years in the construction industry and has been with The Morley Companies since its inception. John Rape leads the restoration division of our company. His expertise and solid field experience provide the cohesion necessary and required to have positive lines of communication between the field and the office. John has a vast knowledge of materials and techniques. His problem solving abilities and hands-on approach to overseeing field operations has been important in the growth of our company.

Morley Environmental

Lynn M. Morley, President/CEO (51% Majority Owner)

Lynn Morley has overseen the Morley Environmental Company since its inception in 1994. She has successfully maneuvered Morley Environmental into position as one of the Southeast regions most respected abatement companies. Lynn has put together a well-tuned team of field supervisors and field personnel that is the best in the asbestos and lead-paint abatement industry. In addition, Ms. Morley is a graduate of the American Intercontinental University holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design and is a registered Interior Designer with the Georgia State Board of Architects and Interior Designers. Lynn is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers, the Atlanta Designer Network and the Business and Office Managers of Atlanta.

In addition to Georgia, Morley Environmental, Inc. is also licensed in: Alabama (#20730), Tennessee (#00029232), Florida (AC#1095144) and South Carolina.

Lynn is the director of all Environmental (Asbestos, Lead, and Mold) Projects for the United States Postal Service Contracts.

In addition, The Morley Companies employ over 200 full-time experienced field personnel.
