COMPLETES RESTORATION AT 1100 CIRCLE 75 

ATLANTA, GA --- July 11, 2006 --- J.J. Morley Enterprises, Inc., a contracting company that deals in restoration and waterproofing, recently completed construction consisting of a major exterior restoration to 1100 Circle 75, a 16-story office building located adjacent to I-285 in Atlanta. The nine-month restoration project included waterproofing, coating, cleaning, patching, wet-sealing windows, removing and replacing caulking and expansion joints to the building and parking deck.  

Circle 75 Property Manager Janice Moss said “It was a great experience working with J.J. Morley Enterprises. Their professionalism, timely response in addressing issues and ability to get the project completed on time helped us manage the necessary improvements without an interruption in business.” 

“One of the biggest challenges we faced at 1100 Circle 75 was that the building was fully occupied during the restoration. We had to finish the project without disrupting the day to day activities." said John Morley, president, J.J. Morley Enterprises, Inc.  

Steve Gleason of Williamson & Associates stated, “The building was performing adequately but was beginning to show signs of its age. The original sealants were failing, the precast cladding showed signs of reinforcing corrosion and spalling, and the windows were beginning to leak. We surveyed the building and prepared a scope of work to address these issues as well as provide aesthetic enhancements to the precast and windows. J.J. Morley’s crews demonstrated quality workmanship and responded positively and promptly to any adjustments needed in their work.” 

Other projects recently completed by J. J. Morley Enterprises, Inc. include: Complete exterior renovations to 300 Peachtree Towers; caulking, wet-glazing windows, complete waterproofing and stone repairs at Cumberland Center; cleaning, patching, caulking, expansion joints to the parking deck at 210 Interstate North and complete concrete restoration of The Five Points Center Parking Garage, and restorations have been started at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Atlanta.
