J.J. MORLEY ENTERPRISES, INC. COMPLETES FACADE REHABILITATION TO ONE OF ATLANTA’S OLDEST BUILDINGS

¾Major Exterior Renovations Completed to 300 Peachtree Towers¾ 

ATLANTA, GA --- March 8, 2006 --- J.J. Morley Enterprises, Inc., a contracting company that deals in restoration and waterproofing, recently completed construction consisting of major exterior renovations to 300 Peachtree Towers, one of the largest and oldest residential buildings in Downtown Atlanta. The renovation project included exterior waterproofing, exterior brick restoration, a new high-performance coating and replacement of all the building's balconies.  

“We are extremely satisfied with the renovations on 300 Peachtree Towers. The teams of J.J. Morley Enterprises and Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, as well as everyone who worked on this project, helped to improve the living conditions for our residents greatly,” said Glynn Churchwell, Project Coordinator, 300 Peachtree Towers.

300 Peachtree Towers is a 24-story, 330 unit condominium complex, with each unit having a private balcony. Since its initial construction in 1963, only minor repairs have been made to the building’s facade. Within the past several years, the building has also carried out a complete renovation of all building hallways, with new carpeting and wallpaper, raising the standard of living for the hundreds of residents in this very popular Downtown condo project. 300 Peachtree Towers has been a part of the Downtown skyline since 1962.

“One of the biggest challenges we faced at 300 Peachtree Towers was battling the weather under a tight schedule, but our experienced team was able to get the job done on time. Everyone at J.J. Other projects recently completed by J. J. Morley Enterprises, Inc. include: coating, cleaning, patching, wet-glazing windows and expansion joints to the building and parking deck at Circle 75; caulking, wet-glazing windows, complete waterproofing and stone repairs at Cumberland Center; cleaning, patching, caulking, expansion joints to the parking deck at 210 Interstate North and complete concrete restoration of The Five Points Center Parking Garage.
